• Pitämään yhteystietosi myClubissa ajantasalla ja seuraamaan seuran viestintää myClubissa
• Suorittamaan seuralle jäsen- ja harjoittelumaksut eräpäiviin mennessä
  • Jos maksat laskuja liikuntaseteleillä tai käteisellä, sitoudut ilmoittamaan maksusuorituksesta seuralle sähköpostilla info@miekkakoulu.fi
• Noudattamaan SHMS ry:n sääntöjä [Linkki]. 
  • Säännöt ovat saatavilla vain suomeksi.
• Noudattamaan seuran salietikettiä ja sen ohjeita [Linkki]
• Noudattamaan seuran turvallisemman tilan periaatteita [Linkki]
• Lukemaan tietosuojaselosteet Myclubissa
• Antamaan seuralle luvan tietosuojaselosteen mukaiseen jäsenrekisterihallintaan myClubissa
• Hyväksyt, että seuran tapahtumissa voidaan ottaa valokuvia ja videoita. Videoita ja valokuvia voidaan käyttää ja julkaista hyvän tavan mukaisesti seuran viestintäkanavissa.
  • Mikäli haluat kieltäytyä kuvauksesta ja kuvien käytöstä, ilmoita siitä seuralle sähköpostilla
• SHMS ry pidättää oikeuden ehtojen ja edellytysten muutoksiin.

By accepting these terms, you agree to:

• Keep your contact information up to date in myClub and to follow the club’s communications in myClub.
• Pay the membership and training fees to the club by their due dates.
  • If you pay invoices using sports vouchers or cash, you agree to notify the club of the payment by email at info@miekkakoulu.fi.
• Comply with the rules of SHMS ry [Link].
  •  The rules are available only in Finnish.
• Comply with the club’s gym etiquette and its guidelines [Link].
• Comply with the club’s safer space guidelines [Link].
• Read the privacy notices available in myClub.
• Grant the club permission to manage the membership register in myClub in accordance with the privacy notice.
• Accept that photographs and videos may be taken at club events. Such photos and videos may be used and published in the club’s communication channels in accordance with good practice.
  • If you wish to refuse being photographed or having your images used, inform the club by email.
• SHMS ry reserves the right to change the terms and conditions.
